Greed and Stinginess

 Greed and stiningess.

In the old times, a king passed by. He used to disguise the city with his spceial minister. He knew the situation of the people and tried his best to make it easy for his concession.

One day he met a man is very content and happy in his conditions. Meaning he does not desire much in his economic condition.

The minister said, Salamu King, if we test his greed we will know that this man is content. Hai ya lachi. The king said how to take the exam.

The minister said the formula of 99. The king said it is allowed. The minister took a bag and put 99 coins in it kept a raqqa with it that Coins slept in the bag and whoever finds it will be a reward from the king.

Now he put the bag with raqqa on the door of the man's house. When the man returned home, he saw the bag, When he picked it up and opened it, it was inside. He was very happy to see Rakha Raqqa. And told his wife.

The wife said count the coins. When he counted the coins, it came out to be 99. The main immediately went out and looked for the coin.

He also knocked on the neighbors' doors but the coin did not touch him. Seeing this, the minister said to the king, " O Prophet , he is not happy in his condition. And his greed has become clear.

Similarly, a Nawab annouced that he will give enough land to everyone who will come out at the time of Fajar in the morning. If he returns to Syria, the more he will roam around, the more he shall be rewarded.

And I will give wooden branches to whoever goes out with him. The appointed time has passed and no man should return. Saka.

Everyone went ahead in their own greed and when they started the return journey, they could not reach their destination again.

The hadith of the Prophet ( peace be upon him ) regarding this is that, " Beware of greed, for the first nations were destroyed because of greed.

Greed made them stingy, so they became stingy, and when they were cut off their mercy. " When I was given the thought of, they started showing mercy and when they committed sin, they started committing sin.

So it turns out that greed and stinginess are the same thing. And it should be avoided.
